Nearly 7 Million People Now Have the Option to Get Back to Work Without Drugs

A new CDC study says approximately 30% of people in the U.S. who are 18-64 years old find arthritis affects their work. As more consumers turn their backs on traditional pharmaceuticals, they seek alternative treatments such as those containing natural herbs and extracts such as Boswellia extract, white willow bark, yucca root, devil's claw root, sarsaparilla root and feverfew leaf.

Boca Raton, FL (PRWEB) April 5, 2007 -- A new study recently released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) analyzed data from the 2002 National Health Interview Survey, and estimated joint symptoms and arthritis affect the work habits of nearly 7 million U.S. adults. That number breaks down to approximately 30 percent of people with arthritis who are 18-64 years old, according to the CDC researchers.

Although prescription pills for joint care and arthritis abound, many Americans are opting for a more natural alternative with an herbal blend. "Herbs such as Boswellia extract, white willow bark, yucca root, devils claw root, sarsaparilla root and feverfew leaf have been a leading combination in Canada for several years now in the LaKOTA Joint Care Formula," said Ria Romano, PR Manager for LaKOTA-USA. "It's no surprise that many doctors are now practicing what they call 'integrative medicine,' a mix of Western and alternative therapies to treat the millions of people with joint discomfort. LaKOTA's formulation is different from existing competitive products. They are the only company that combines natural ingredients with traditional Native American knowledge of herbs. The result is a unique formula that millions of Canadians with joint problems have benefited from for years -- and now Americans can get back to work with LaKOTA," Romano concluded.

Herbs such as Boswellia extract, white willow bark, yucca root, devils claw root, sarsaparilla root and feverfew leaf have been a leading combination in Canada for several years now in the LaKOTA Joint Care Formula
